- Extraction: the resulting hole should be filled immediately to avoid displacement of adjacent teeth, as this can cause jaw, neck and back pain.
- Preserve the tooth by root treatment. In this case it is essential to clean the root canal of germs before sealing and reconstructing the tooth.
