Patients with fear of the dentist<\/h2>\n

If you describe yourself as a so-called anxious patient<\/strong>, we ask that you let us know when scheduling your appointment so that we can prepare accordingly. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Billing – costs<\/h2>\n

We do not use a billing center like many other dental offices. Billing is handled directly in our practice by our billing assistant.<\/p>\n

For German patients we charge according to GOZ<\/strong> (fee schedule for dentists). The reimbursement of expenses is the same as in Germany.<\/p>\n

Registration form – procedures<\/h2>\n

Because your dental health is very important to us, we ask that you complete the <\/strong>registration form in its entirety<\/strong> prior to treatment. Since it can take up to 15 minutes to complete the form, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your appointment<\/strong> so that you have enough time to complete the paperwork.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Appointment cancellation<\/h2>\n

At our dental clinic, Dental Planet, we always strive to avoid unnecessary waits and attend you on time at the agreed appointment. We keep enough free time for you as a patient by appointment and provide the necessary rooms, equipment and staff just for you. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment, at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.<\/strong>
\nThis gives us the opportunity to avoid cancellations and to transfer your appointment to patients waiting on short notice.<\/p>\n

Many patients find it interesting to check our prices in advance. Since each case is individual and we do not want to give general information, we ask you to consult any questions you may have directly with our reception.
